After the purchase you will receive a link and instruction to start the Application for your 3D Body Scan. Important: Please fill In the same Email Adress you are using for your purchase on our Store.

Shipping: All products are made to order and made to measure. We need a production time of approx. 7-10 days. Estimated delivery times after production are: European Union 1 - 3 working days. Worldwide delivery times: 5 - 10 working days once the package has left our house, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number with which you can track the delivery status. Before we can send the packages they have to go through customs. This usually takes 3/4 days.
