All MYPUZZY products are made to order to reduce overproduction and support a more sustainable approach.
Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- European Union: 1–3 business days
- Worldwide: 5–10 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can occasionally add 3–4 business days to the delivery time.
MYPUZZY Ltd. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS
As every MYPUZZY product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
