Return Period
Customers within the European Union have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- be unworn
- be unused
- be unwashed
- be returned in their original packaging
Items showing signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
